Returns and Exchanges:
All SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise stated. However, we accept exchanges under specific circumstances. Please note that returns are not accepted. Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Once an order is in the shipping stage it will not be able to be amended. For all order inquiries or questions please contact robynelysee@gmail.com or order directly from website. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you are unsure about something being delivered to your address, please contact us.

Order Delivery:
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that serves as an invoice and includes your order number. After placing an order, the standard processing time of 1 - 2 weeks is required before it is shipped out due to all items being made to order. Robyn Elysee is a one woman brand and independent made in house brand until further notice. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 12:00 PM (EST). When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information from USPS to monitor the progress of your delivery.
