All items are crafted on a made to order basis and are not eligible to returns or exchanges. Please note that returns are not accepted and do not ship to P.O Boxes. Once an order is in the shipping stage it will not be able to be amended. For all order inquiries or questions please contact robynelysee@gmail.com or order directly from website. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you are unsure about something being delivered to your address, please contact us.

Order Delivery:
All in-studio made-to-order items require 2-4 weeks production before shipping. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping time may vary depending on your location.
